Washington, DC — Contact Discovery Services (CDS), a leader in discovery, data strategy, and investigative support for high-stakes matters, today announced the appointment of James Bickley as Chief Revenue Officer.
James brings more than 25 years of experience advising in-house counsel, corporate risk leaders, and Am Law firms on the intersection of law, data, and technology. His expertise spans eDiscovery, legal data analytics, information governance, and investigative consulting, with a focus on translating regulatory and litigation demands into executable, outcome-driven workflows.
In this role, James will lead the firm’s revenue strategy and market growth initiatives, working closely with law firms and corporate legal teams to deliver disciplined, defensible, and cost-controlled discovery solutions for complex, risk-intensive engagements.
Great organizations are built on great people, and adding James Bickley as our Chief Revenue Officer is exactly the kind of move that separates good companies from exceptional ones. I’ve had the privilege of knowing James for more than 20 years, and I can say with complete confidence that his instincts, his leadership, and his ability to unlock growth are second to none. We were already on a strong trajectory — James is here to accelerate it.
